SHIPPING POLICY

We strive to give the best and most-efficient customer care in fulfilling orders. Generally, all ordered items can be expected to be shipped in 5 - 10 business days. However, just like everything else in the world, shipping and handling have been slightly delayed. If you have not received your item within 14 days, please CONTACT US, and we will quickly get back to you to resolve any unfulfilled or unsatisfactory orders.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We totally understand what it's like receiving a long-awaited order only to have it arrive damaged. Let's face it, when glass jars or containers are shipped it's almost next to impossible to guarantee that it won't crack or shatter in transit. That's why we will send you a replacement of your order at no extra charge. All you will have to do is CONTACT US, and we will send you a recall tag to return your item. Once that item has been received, we will either issue your refund or send you a replacement for your order. Generally, refunds take approximately 10 - 14 business days to post to your credit card or bank account.
