  • Where can I purchase Lighthouse Candle Co products?
    Since we currently do not have a physical storefront, our candles can be purchased on our online SHOP as well as at local boutiques and events in the Sisters/Bend, Oregon areas.
  • Will all candle fragrances be available indefinitely?
    We frequently rotate or try new fragrance "series." However, the "classics" and "most popular" candles will not be discontinued and are available year-round as long as they are in stock.
  • When will my order arrive?
    Generally, we try to fulfill orders and ship them out within in 1 - 2 business days. You can typically expect to receive your orders from our online store within 5 - 10 business days.
  • What happens if my order arrives damaged or broken?
    We totally understand what it's like receiving a long-awaited order only to have it arrive damaged. Let's face it, when glass jars/containers are shipped it's almost next to impossible to guarantee that it won't crack or shatter in transit. That's why we will send you a replacement of your order at no extra charge. All you will have to do is CONTACT US, and we will send you recall tag to return your item. Once that item has been received, we will either issue your refund or send you a replacement for your order.

  • I returned my order, when I can expect my refund?
    You can expect your refund once the item has been returned. Generally, a refund will take approximately 5 - 10 business days to post on your credit card or bank account.
