Frequently Asked Questions
Since we currently do not have a physical storefront, our candles can be purchased on our online SHOP (https://www.lighthousecandleco.org/shop)as well as at local boutiques and events in the Sisters/Bend, Oregon areas.
We frequently rotate or try new fragrance "series." However, the "classics" and "most popular" candles will not be discontinued and are available year-round as long as they are in stock.
Generally, we try to fulfill orders and ship them out within in 1 - 2 business days. You can typically expect to receive your orders from our online store within 5 - 10 business days.
We totally understand what it's like receiving a long-awaited order only to have it arrive damaged. Let's face it, when glass jars/containers are shipped it's almost next to impossible to guarantee that it won't crack or shatter in transit. That's why we will send you a replacement of your order at no extra charge. All you will have to do is CONTACT US,(https://www.lighthousecandleco.org/contact) and we will send you recall tag to return your item. Once that item has been received, we will either issue your refund or send you a replacement for your order.

You can expect your refund once the item has been returned. Generally, a refund will take approximately 5 - 10 business days to post on your credit card or bank account.
